Artwork Shipping, Protected Delivery & Exchange Policy

Art Heritage Gallery provides shipping original artwork with secure art packaging, protected art delivery, and clear exchange guidance for collectors in Canada, the United States, and worldwide.

Each artwork is carefully prepared for shipment with protective wrapping, reinforced corner protection, and secure outer packaging suitable for fine art transport.

In the rare event of damage, clients must contact the gallery within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos and videos of the packaging and damage. We will guide clients through the resolution process, including shipment protection claim processing, restoration if repairable, or reimbursement based on artwork value.

Gallery credit may be available when eligibility requirements are met. Shipping-related costs are not included in the credit amount.
